New!Beginning September 7, 2011, FDD's e-Services Portal site will have a new appearance. Information regarding project status will be available in an updated page format which will allow project status information to be shown in real time.

The following memo from Paul Coleman, Deputy Directory of FDD details the current transition efforts, and how this will affect project information retrieved from this current page.

Enter your Project Number and Sub Number, if any,  in the spaces below, then click on any of the three available buttons to search a project's status. Forget your project number? Search for project numbers by facility or Search for project numbers by designer's professional license. For a complete listing of facilities visit the Hospital Information Department's website. For a listing of open and closed projects by county, visit our Project Status page.
