Facilities Development Division (FDD) - Title 24 Proposed & Approved Code Changes

OSHPD Facilities Development Division proposes code changes to Title 24, California Building Standards Code for inclusion in the California Building Standards Commission 2009 Annual Code Adoption Cycle. The "Express Terms" and the "Initial Statement of Reasons" for each of Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 11 of Title 24 are available at the California Building Standards Commission's website. These documents contain OSHPD's proposed changes, and the justification for each change.

2010 California Administrative Code (CAC)
Effective February 13, 2010

The proposed changes to the 2007 Title 24, Part 1 California Administrative Code have been approved and will be reflected in the 2010 Administrative Code, effective Feburary 13, 2010.

The approved changes are outlined in the following, to be used in conjunction with 2007 Title 24, Part 1:
