The following counties do not appear in the Table of Contents, as they do not contain Acute Care Hospitals with SPC-1 buildings:
- Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Colusa, Del Norte, Glenn, Lassen, Madera, Mariposa, Mono, San Luis Obispo, Siskiyou, Tehama, Yolo.
