Hospital Annual Financial Disclosure Report
The Individual hospital financial disclosure reports are available on-line (in .pdf format) beginning with reporting periods ending in 2002, and includes all data reported on the disclosure Form. The site is updated continuously and includes reports as originally submitted by each hospital and as desk audited by OSHPD. The audited version of the report reflects all revisions and includes the calculation of optional reporting fields, and is available only after OSHPD has completed its desk audit. If you need reports for reporting periods ending before 2002, or are unable to access the reports on-line, you can request reports in hardcopy format. There is a charge of $20.00 for each report. To order, please call (916) 326-3802 or E-mail HIRC.
Full versions of the Complete Data Set of Hospital Annual Financial data are now available in Excel 2003 and Excel 2007 formats beginning with the 28th Year (2002-03) reporting cycle.

Users should be aware that financial and utilization data products are based on a dynamic database that is constantly being updated. As a result, the same data item for a facility may change over time or be different between products.
