Healthcare Information Division - Long-Term Care Facilities Annual Financial Data
Within four months of their fiscal (accounting) year end (FYE), California licensed skilled nursing, intermediate care, intermediate care/developmentally disabled and congregate living health facilities must submit an Integrated Disclosure and Medi-Cal Cost Report that includes a detailed income statement, balance sheet, statements of revenue and expense, and Medi-Cal cost data. These integrated reports meet the reporting requirements of OSHPD's Long-term Care Facility financial data program, and the Department of Health Services' Medi-Cal rate studies. These financial reports are based on a uniform accounting and reporting system developed and maintained by the Office and undergo a through desk audit. The products listed below are created from these audited financial reports.
