Health Professions Education Scholarship (HPSP)

Who may apply?

Students you are enrolled or accepted into Dentist, Dental Hygienists, Nurse Practitioners, Certified Nurse Midwives, and Physician Assistant programs.

An awardee may receive up to $10,000 for this scholarship. An awardee commits to work full-time or 32 hours per week after graduating with a degree a two-year service obligation practicing direct patient care in a medically underserved area (MUA) in California.
