2004 HPSA Renewals (Due Date: September 30, 2008)
Healthcare Workforce Development Division's (HWDD) Shortage Designation Program (SDP), in cooperation with the Federal Bureau of Health Professions' Shortage Designation Branch (SDB), has announced due dates and application requirements for the Annual Review of California's 2004, Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) designations.
The above list highlights California's Primary Care, Dental, and Mental HPSA designations posted and/or updated during 2004. Should your service area or facility name appear on this list and you wish to continue your HPSA designation status, please contact HWDD for specific renewal application information. An application for HPSA designation renewal must be received by the SDP before September 30, 2008.
