Sam works at HDA, the Designated Agent (facility contracted vendor) for CBT2, a large hospital in Central California. In Lesson 1, he submitted CBT2's IP data file to OSHPD as a test submission. In Lesson 2, he retrieved his submission results and found that the data was rejected because it failed three of the OSHPD edit programs: Comparative Edit, Trend Edit, and Standard Edit. He printed the error reports for these programs, and that's where this lesson begins.
