When you finish creating a reporting profile, the Submission Status page is displayed.
The top of this page shows the report period and data type you selected, as well as your facility ID number and name. You will work within this profile until you log out of MIRCal or change the data type or report period.
Again, make sure that the data type and report period selected are correct for the records you are creating.
The main part of the page shows the report period, the report period due date, and summary information for any previous submissions made for the report period.
In our scenario, Annette hasn't submitted any records yet, so the summary fields are blank or “0.”
Under Web Entry in the Main Menu, click Manual Record Entry.
