It is not necessary to print or save all of the available reports. If your data did not have any Critical or Warning flags identified by the Trend Edit program, the Trend Edit Summary Report will not contain any vital information.

On the other hand, it is a good idea to print and/or save the Main Error Summary and the Error Report(s) for the edit programs where your submission failed, or where there are more errors to correct for accurate data. You will benefit from using the printed reports during error correction. You might also want to keep electronic copies for your records or to send to other staff members at your facility.
