Sample screen

A form for adding a user account is displayed. A red asterisk (*) next to a field means the field is required.

Because this form contains many fields, we'll look at it in sections.

In the top section, enter the user's personal information. Most of these fields are self-explanatory. Two that you should pay close attention to are:

  • Unique Employee ID
Enter an identifier that is unique to the user and not widely known by other people, such as a human resources number, badge number, etc. This identifier will be used for authentication purposes. Do not use a Social Security number.
  • Correspondence Priority
If you select “Email,” you must enter an Email address.

In the example screen, Pam has entered Dave's information.
