  • Only a UAA can change a facility's contact assignments.
  • You can assign contacts in two ways: using the Assign Contacts function in the Main Menu, or by clicking the Assign Contacts button on the Confirmation Page that is displayed when you finish adding or changing a user account.
  • Contact assignments are specific to a data type.
  • Your facility must assign a Primary Contact and Facility Administrator for each data type. Assigning a Secondary Contact is optional.
